Frederick Maryland Golf Getaways offers great golf vacation packages. Start planning your getaway today by selecting your travel dates and destination. You will then be offered hotels and golf courses to select featured from that area.

After planning your trip, you can either book your trip online or save your trip and return later and play around with your trip settings until you have designed your ideal golf getaway!

Payment Policies

Document delivery deposits must be made in check or money order!

Documents will be sent approximately 14 days prior to departure. Packages outside 60 days of travel costing over $300 requires a $100 per person deposit due within 10 days of receipt of confirmation.

Final payment is due 45 days prior to the date of travel, in the form of check, money order or credit card. Please enclose the signed confirmation.

Packages reserved within 45 days of departure require payment in full at the time of booking by Credit card.

We accept the following forms of final payment: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.

Refunds

Once vouchers are sent to the customer, No refunds will be processed until all documents are returned to Frederick Maryland Golf Getaways. No Refunds will be issued for services provided and Not used by the individual.

Weather

UNLESS A GOLF COURSE CLOSES, YOUR TEE TIME IS TO BE HONORED! If the course closes, please have a golf professional or manager sign the voucher and return it to Frederick Maryland Golf Getaways within 4 to 6 days.

Document Delivery

Travel Documents (Hotel and Golf Vouchers) will be sent approximately 14 days prior to departure, but never before receipt of final payment.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation charges are as follows:

Within 30 days of departure: $150.00

Within 8 days of departure: NO REFUND

NOTE: Changing the size of the original group may affect the per person package price.

Change Policies

Changes made after arrangements have been booked and a confirmation has been mailed/faxed will result in the following fees:

Changing Golf Course $5 per person
Changing Hotel $5 per person

Re-issuing of vouchers will result in $50 fee. Any changes involving moving the date of travel and/or destination will be considered a cancellation of the package- please see above fees.
