The sprawling 18-hole golf course at Wisp, Maryland's only 4 season resort, is a combination of open holes and tree lined fairways that share the same mountain filled with skiers in the winter and golfers the rest of the year. The tree lined fairways and undulating greens, reward accuracy off the tee and make the course a test of the U.S. Open proportions.

Although it is a mountain course, the terraced design reduces steep hills. Every hole has a distinct look and character. Greens are spacious and well bunkered, fairways are well defined and wooded areas are sufficiently thinned and maintained.

The front and back nine are balanced in degree of difficulty, as well as yardage and course design. PGA Pro Bill Cox has developed a series of learn-to-golf programs designed for all ages and genders. Individual lessons are also available. Memberships, daily fees, outings and tournaments are available.
