From the creators of Raspberry Falls Golf & Hunt Club, Old
Hickory Golf Club in Woodbridge offers a "Country Club Experience"
with pristine conditions and personal service.
The par-72, 7,170-yard championship layout is the work of architect
Tim Freeland, who previously worked for the design firm of golf
legend Gary Player and also worked on the design of Raspberry Falls.
A "Must Play for 2005," the classic parkland design features
rolling terrain and wide fairways cut through mature hardwoods.
Beaver creek and other tributaries come into play throughout the
course, which features A-4 bentgrass greens. Four sets of elevated
tees will provide views of the challenges that are ahead. Old Hickory
also offers a very unique "challenge hole" — a 100-yard
par-3 where the scores can be settled up.
Located minutes from I-95, Exit 160, just off the Prince William
Parkway.
