The Bowling Green Country Club-North course was designed and constructed
over 15 years ago by local golf course legend Lynwood Morrison.
Built on what was once farmland, Bowling Green-North features smooth
bent grass greens and gently rolling fairways. Measuring just under
6500 yards from the tips, the par 71 track is not incredibly long,
but requires well-thought-out shots.
Recent improvements keep Bowling Green North in great shape year
round. Number 4 is the signature hole on the course. This 167 yard
par 3, features an island green complete with bulk heading and fountains.
The only way to get to the green is over a fashionably built wooden
bridge. Bowling Green-North continues to bring you the best value
in golf with great conditions and challenging play. Located just
north of Front Royal, off Route 522 in Rockland.
